@Sandrascrim, this is a community forum, so you post a message and it reaches staff in a queue for attention. 

It's not a Chat facility, so you wouldn't always get a response within the hour, sometimes a day or two.

If you ever need to speak to a Talktalk support agent in real time, you can always phone or use Live Chat, but these bring their own challenges.

Caller Display lets you see who's calling before you pick up the phone. The caller's number will appear on your phone's display screen, so you can choose to pick it up or let it go to your answering service.

You can also use Caller Display to avoid nuisance or cold calls. If your phone doesn't have a display screen, it can't be used with this feature.

Activating Caller Display

1. Log in to My Account
2. Select Networks & Connections from the navigation menu
3. Select My Telephone Settings
4. Select Manage home phone Boosts from the dropdown menu
5. Tick Caller Display in the Privacy features section
6. Select Update

What a waste of time this is, what happened to talking to a person?

Since joining talk talk the number of in coming calls is not showing on the handset, I'm being bombarded with scam calls, if I could see the number I wouldn't answer it but as it is I can't see who is ringing
