@Morseman1, help on the forum is online only, and people identify your account from your community forum profile. 

 

That's why you are being asked to complete your details. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; from the drop down menu choose Personal Information. 

 

Add your Talktalk landline number and SAVE CHANGES.
