Hi, I have recently renewed my Fibre 65 package but, due to reduce use of the landline, have therefore decided to cancel the 'Unlimited UK Call Boost' add-on.
It appears that I should be able to remove this add-on myself under my account. However, when I navigate to the 'Manage telephone add-ons' page, there are no services/boosts listed at all. Therefore, I am unable to remove the above add-on. It appears that others are experiencing the same issue.
Can you help please?
Thanks

You would need to please contact the full fibre team on 03451720074 - VOICE - Mon-Fri: 9am-7pm; Sat: 9am-6pm; Sun: closed to find out on options available to you. However, when placing the full fibre order you need to make sure you tell them you want VOIP, thanks.

That's great, many thanks.
I did have another query regarding going to full fibre. It appears that I may not have the option of having digital voice (ie. VOIP) anymore. Is this the case for me (I live in Salisbury)?

While I still have you online, I would like to confirm is there anything else that I can assist you with?

You are most welcome @teejaycee I have removed the Unlimited UK calls boost for you and your monthly charge going forward will be £26.00. However it will be fully disconnected on your line within the next 24 hours.
As this is an add on, you can contact us back anytime during your contract term should you wish to add it again and we will be able to add it for you.
