Hi i am trying to turn off call safe due to the fact we are missing important calls from doctors surgery and dentist appointments and a few others i have tried all the ways listed on talk talk but i just keep getting the message that some services are down at the moment try again later if you can help i would be very grateful thanks

Once it is removed, you will have to start your list of safe callers all over again, @Boats, if you ever wish to restart it.
