digital voice adapter

I no longer have landline connection after having Fiber 900 Data Only installed with eero. I believe I need a digital voice adapter for my cordless phone - how do I obtain one?

OK thanks. Data only means that there is no VoIP service included with your package so I'm afraid the digital voice adapter won't help
