I accidentally went over my data limit and received an email saying that I owe £12 and my phone number has been suspended until I make a payment. Unfortunately, when I try to login, it is saying it doesn't recognise my email address and my account number is too short.
I tried to go through the live chat but they just said they can't discuss it because my details aren't on their system. I tried phoning the help line number and they said they would phone back on my landline but didn't. I'm at my wits end. I just want to make this payment so I can start using my phone again.
