Update 21:40, 2022 - We can confirm that this issue is now resolved as we can see inbound and outbound traffic across our servers, there may still be a delay to some customers as the stored emails come through.
We're aware that some customers are unable to log in to retrieve their Tiscali and Pipex email service, we apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause, if you're affected by this we suggest to log out and then back in again, or alternatively try accessing your email in webmail.
