We’re aware that customers were experiencing issues with their email service. Users were getting the following message ‘Could not connect to the specified mail server’.

Latest update: 3:50pm 10th November 2017

This issus has now been fully resolved and all email services are working as they should.

We’d like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this issue.
