Total loss of service in the West Scotland area - Resolved

We're aware that some customers in the West Scotland area were experiencing issues using their Phone, Broadband and TV service.

Latest update: 10:26am 12th November 2017

All services have now been restored as Openreach engineers have replaced all the damaged cable caused by rodents.  

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by the issue.
