Issues at the Bishops Stortford and Hornchurch exchange

We're aware that some customers connected to the Bishops Stortford and Hornchurch exchange were experiencing a total loss of service.

Latest update: 4:34pm 3rd March 2019

Following fibre cables being cut through by 3rd party construction workers, all cables have been replace and reconnected. This issue is now resolved and all services have been restored. We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
