We're aware that customers connected to the Marlborough and Pewsey exchanges were experiencing a loss of Phone, Broadband & TV service earlier due to planned works by Openreach.

Our network engineers have confirmed that the service has now been restored. We will continue to monitor the network to ensure all planned works by Openreach are complete. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
