We’re currently aware of a Serious Incident affecting the Chesterfield exchange area. The issue is due to a hardware failure on the CP leaf, impacting FTTP services. Some customers connected to the Chesterfield exchange are experiencing a loss of voice and data service. The affected customers may be unable to use their Broadband, Phone or TV services for the duration of this outage. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and assure you that our engineers are working to restore service as a priority.
