Loss of broadband service at the Middleton exchange

We're aware that some customers connected to the Middleton exchange were experiencing a loss of Broadband & TV service.

Latest update: 9:47pm 11th February 2021

This issue has now been resolved and the service has been fully restored. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
