Several rain alerts and flood warnings have recently been issued as Storm Christoph caused widespread disruption across the UK. Openreach had confirmed several areas around the country may experience a delay with repairs as a result of the severe weather.
Due to the nature of the way the UK's telecoms infrastructure works we are dependent upon Openreach for their engineering force to fix the problems on the shared infrastructure and cabling in our streets.

Openreach have confirmed that repair works in all areas have now returned to normal. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
