We're aware that some customers connected to the Ballycastle exchange are currently experiencing a loss of service.
Latest update: 4:24pm 13th May 2021
Our engineers are onsite at the affected exchange installing a new fibre cable. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and assure you that our engineers are working to restore service as a priority.
