Update 30th July: A repair vessel has been sent to the cable break site. Openreach are continuing to work to resolve this issue and restore service asap.
We're aware that customers connected to the following areas are currently experiencing a loss of internet service;
- Faroe Islands
- Orkney Islands
- Shetland Islands
This is due to a subsea cable break.
We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and assure you that Openreach engineers are working to resolve the issue asap.
