We're aware that some customers connected to the Portsmouth North & Portsmouth exchanges are currently experiencing a loss of service.

Latest update: 8:56pm 17th November 2023

CityFibre engineer are now on site carrying out further investigations into the cause of this outage.

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time. We're working to restore service as quickly as possible.
