Loss of service in Stromness Scotland

We're aware that customers connected in the Stromness area are currently experiencing a loss of service.

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and assure you that our engineers are working to restore service as a priority.

Latest Update 3rd February 6.30pm  - Openreach have confirmed a sub sea cable break and engineers will be likely having to replace cabling on Monday 6th February (this is weather dependant and maybe delayed further due to adverse or dangerous conditions)
