Update 07:55 22 November 2017 - Our engineers have confirmed that services have been restored.

We're aware that some customers in the Tunbridge Wells area are currently experiencing issues using their Phone, Broadband and TV service.
We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by the issue and assure you that our engineers are working to restore service ASAP.
