Update 08:08 am 22 November 2017- Our engineers have confirmed that services have been restored to affected customers, once again we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We're aware that some customers in the Ipswich area are currently experiencing issues using their Broadband and Fibre service.
We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by the issue and assure you that our engineers are working to restore service ASAP.
