We're pleased to announce that our engineers have confirmed that all services have been restored, we apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused.
We're aware that some customers in the following areas are currently experiencing issues using their Phone, Broadband and TV service.
Affected areas;
Virgin Media have advised that damage has been due to an underground electrical fire.
They're working on replacing the damaged fibre. Our engineers are on standby to re-route any traffic to help minimise a loss of service.
We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by the issue and assure you that our engineers are working to restore service ASAP.
