Loss of service in the Kensal Green area

We're aware of some customers who are experiencing a loss of service with their Phone, Broadband and TV services, our engineers are looking into this as a priority. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Update 02:30 pm - Openreach Engineers have restored all Fibre connections and are awaiting replacement hardware for other customers connections. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience.
