Delays in adding TV boosts

We're aware of some customers who have recently added a TV boost and are unable to watch their new channels. This is due to a delay in adding the TV boost onto your account.   

Latest update: 6am 14th March 2019

We're doing everything we can to activate your new boost channels as quickly as possible.

If you've recently added any TV boosts and you can't access them, please reboot your TalkTalk TV box and try again. If you still can't see your new boost channels, please re-add them via your TalkTalk TV box.

Want to add a new TV boost? To avoid any delays, please add any new boosts via your TalkTalk TV Box. You can find the instructions on how to do this in our Managing TV Boosts article. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these delays.
