Loss of service in the Nottingham area

We're aware that some customers in and around the Nottingham area are currently experiencing issues using their Broadband and TV service. 

 

Latest update: 9:00pm 20 November 2017

All services have now been restored by our engineers.

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by the issue.
