We're aware that some customers in the Sacriston area were experiencing a loss of Broadband, Phone and TV service. 

Latest Update - 1:38pm, 22nd January: We’re pleased to confirm that our engineers have restored service to all affected customers. Once again, we’d like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
