We'll be performing an upgrade to our internal infrastructure from 02.00am until 06.00am on the 24th January.
These routine updates allow us to make improvements to your service, and keep everything running as smoothly as possible.
Whilst we're working on this, customers in the following areas will have a total loss of service of your broadband, phone and TV:
