Loss of service in the Westminster area - Resolved

We're aware that customers in the Westminster area were experiencing a loss of Phone, Broadband and TV service.

Latest update: 10:19pm 28th August 2018

Following the replacement of a broken 10 metre patch cable, this issue has now been resolved and service restored to all customers.  

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
