Making payment online

We're aware that some customers are unable to may a card payment online via myaccount and may see an error message when trying to make a payment. We'd like to apologise for the inconvenience caused and assure you we're working investigating the matter as a priority.
How do i make my payment?
The best way to pay your bill each month is via Direct Debit however if you wish to make a card payment you can do so over the phone using out 24/7 automated payment line, just give us a call on 03451720088 and say "make a payment" when asked how we can help.
