Not receiving email issue

We're aware of some customers who are not able to receive emails when using a client. 

Customers may get a similar message as below;

  • The mail server "pop.tiscali.co.uk" is not responding
  • ERROR invalid login or password

 

TalkTalk and Tiscali emails are affected.

Our engineers are looking into this as a priority and we will provide any further updates here.

Update - 1:40 pm 10 August - we're pleased to confirm that this issue has been resolved, once again we apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience whilst we investigated this.
