We're aware of some customers who are not able to receive emails when using a client.
Customers may get a similar message as below;
- The mail server "pop.tiscali.co.uk" is not responding
- ERROR invalid login or password
TalkTalk and Tiscali emails are affected.
Our engineers are looking into this as a priority and we will provide any further updates here.
