Some customers who access their Onetel email account using a client, such as Outlook, may be unable to use their email if the account isn't using the full and correct settings for their email client. You'll still be able to access your mail via webmail which is not affected.
If you're affected, you'll need to update your settings to include the full email address as the username rather than using an alias. Correct settings can be found at Email settings - IMAP & POP3
Update - 9th October 2020 12.30 - It's been brought to our attention that some customers who use Mac mail are having issues with authenticating, sending and receiving emails, if this affects you, we recommend using another email client or webmail.
