I can't make phone calls what should I do?
If you're experiencing problems making calls from your home phone there's no need to contact us as we're already working on the issue. However, if you urgently need to speak with us you can contact us here.
Latest update 7:30pm 3 July 2017 - This issue is now resolved and customers are able to make outgoing phone calls. Again we apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
