We're aware that some customers in Appleby are currently experiencing an outage with their services. This is caused by a severe Fibre cable break at Abbleby exchange.
Openreach engineers are currently at the site and have been working throughout the night to repair the damage. We apologise for the inconvenience this is causing and thank you for your patience whilst we carry out these repairs.
I've got no service what should I do?
