This issue is now resolved and your services should be working as normal. Again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused during this outage.
We're aware that some customers in Hunmanby are currently unable to use their phone, broadband and TV services.
We're currently working alongside BT Power to investigate the issue as a matter of priority.
