We're aware that some customers connected to the Rye exchange are currently experiencing a loss of service as a result of damage to a section of cables on the Openreach network which is used to provide service in the Rye area.

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and assure you that we're working with local Openreach engineers in the area to restore service asap. We'll keep you updated on their progress right here.
