We're aware that some customers are having issues with their Phone, Broadband and TV services in Hawick and Galashiels exchanges. This is effecting customers with 01896 & 01450 numbers.


We're sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing, we'd like to assure you that our engineers are working hard to fix this issue. 

I've got no service what should I do? 

If you're experiencing an outage with your service there's no need to contact us as we're already working on the issue. 

 

Our Latest Update: 6:45pm 20 July 2017
This issue has now been resolved and all services should be working as normal. Again we apologise for any inconvenience caused during this issue.
