We're aware some TalkTalk Webmail users are currently unable to send emails. Some customers are currently seeing the error message 'Message could not be sent to the following recipients:' when sending an email.

Our engineers implemented a fix yesterday for this issue and are currently monitoring the email system. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure any impacted customers are now able to send emails. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
If you're still unable to send via webmail and need to send an email, this can be done on an email client or email app on a mobile or tablet. Please see our email settings article for our TalkTalk settings.
