I have been using SuperSafe on mac computer for many years now. Recently, it repeatedly asks to check for updates which I do, it then briefly states I am protected then immediately states I am not protected. The last few days it had a Red mark with ‘databases are too old’. I chatted with customer services who advised me to uninstall which I have done. Now I am not able to reinstall SuperSafe via my account. I am not able to re-install as the disc requires MacOS V.12 or later. I was using Mac V11.7 Big Sur and SuperSafe V.19.3.
I notice now on F-Secure’s website that they only support version 12 or later? TalkTalk website says they support version 10 or higher?
I do not want to be paying for security I am not able to use.

@ferguson Thank you for advising.

If F-Secure no longer supports your Mac software version then you will simply have to look elsewhere I am afraid.

I've got exactly the same problem. I'm on MAC Big Sur too.
Supersafe keeps asking me to update, says its been done successfully but then asks to be updated again.
Its now saying my security is at risk. Ive tried phoning Talk Talk - automated service sent me to text help which is obviously AI as can't get a coherent response.
Ive just tried to check my account but there are no issues there.
Should I just delete SuperSafe?
