I have downloaded Photobox's app. to creaste a photo album. I am unable to order the album created by the app because a Photobox rep says there is likely to be a firewall issue. He said the app was being prevented a connection to the internet. I cannot see how to alter the Supersafe F Secure app to allow connection. Any help appreciated (I cannot even see the app on Windows 11 fire wall list of apps - in case this is relevant).

Hi Danomi, Supersafe doesn't include a firewall. If you have HomeSafe in use you may find you can allow the url you need in there.

I haven't used F-Secure in years, does it even have a firewall?
