Can't get Channel 5catch up TV error VJS - 2999

This is only recent as I used to get My-5 ok, 

I wander if it's since the Eero router upgrade

but I cannot get ant Channel 5 catch up TV.

I've reloaded all channels on the TalkTalk box, but still the same

I see that @fr8ys has already answered this one.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. It's a channel 5 issue, nothing to do with the box.
