I have a new contract with TalkTalk but I never wanted the TV Hub and I cannot use the kit they sent me as I do not have a terrestrial aerial and it is not compatible with my satellite receiver or my Humax recorder. How do I get TalkTalk to remove this from the contract?

You'd be best to contact the Loyalty Team and cancel this part of your contract and they will arrange for a returns bag.
