Talktalk's published comparison of their tv boxes includes the following statement at the end...

 

* You can pause live TV and then restart viewing or fast forward / rewind back to the point you paused the programme. However, you cannot immediately rewind live TV to an earlier time. Please insert a USB (minimum 32GB) and record a programme if you want the flexibility to watch and rewind to any point in the programme.
