Hi @brianaturner 

here’s how to switch subtitles on your TalkTalk TV Hub:

 How to turn on subtitles

  1. Press the Home button on your TalkTalk remote.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Accessibility.
  4. Choose Subtitles.
  5. Switch Subtitles to On.

 For individual programmes

Some apps or channels also let you turn subtitles on while you're watching:

  1. Play the programme.
  2. Press the OK button.
  3. Look for the Subtitles / CC option on the screen.
  4. Turn subtitles On.
