Hi, I've just upgraded from YouView to TalkTalk TV Hub, but don't I need a new set-top box (and remote)? I'm asking because TalkTalk has confirmed the upgrade but has made no mention of sending me a Hub box to replace the YouView box.

@RICHCMATHER I have checked your account and yes, the new TV hub was ordered yesterday please allow 2-3 working days for the delivery of the new box.
