Hi, I did an live chat last week about this ongoing problem with youview box not working properly, can't change channels, screen shows programme number but not other info, this has been an ongoing problem for 10 days now, have done all the suggestions including factory reset, but nothing has changed...what is being done to resolve this issue and are refunds being given for non use of this equipment. your help with this matter would be greatly appreciated...youview box is a huawei dn372t

The issue affecting the guide has been resolved. This was caused by an external factor that has now been resolved.
