I have been in contact with talktalk about a problem with my email but after it was over it was suggested to me that I was paying too much because my contract had finished.

I signed up for a cheaper contract and then received a number of emails one of which said my Talktalk TV was now ready. In the main part of the email it said connect my existing TVbox to my router - but I don't have and have never had a TV box. Can anyone explain?!

@BigBen1, check whether you are being charged specifically for the TV service in your My Account.

TV is included in the title of most packages because it is "available".

If you didn't spell out that you didn't want it, or renewed online, the £5.00 charge will show.

You need to phone up or use Chat to get it removed.
