TV box turning itself off. Have struggled with this a lot recently. No TV service over Christmas. Need to reboot box frequently. Today it will not stay turned on

Which box do you have so we can offer advice?

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
