Tv box lost all freeview channels Xmas. 30th December I reported fault. Tests revealed tv was good. Aerial was good. I sent picture of box details and was promised new box to replace faulty one. Twice I contacted TalkTalk as fed up waiting in for delivery and each time they said it was in the post. Finally this week they said it’s been cancelled and I wd have to go through the whole test procedure AGAIN! I said but it had already been found faulty and was waiting for a new box but was then told if I wdnt do another test it wdnt be replaced and it wd just be logged as a complaint. That was the end of any contact!! As a pensioner I struggle moving the tv to put the aerial into the tv to watch freeview then back into the box to watch i-player!! It’s been a nightmare and I’ve spent hours on the phone since xmas but strangely, I don’t know if it’s been tweaked remotely, but seems to be working today (strange). I am however still disgusted at the service I received. I was basically dismissed. Why oh why could I not just have SPOKEN with a real person? Contract ends soon anyway and I won’t be renewing
