Hi,
Please can someone advise me how to get in touch with a Customer Service Agent online so I can request a new router? I migrated from Shell in August and my router predates the Shell era to when they were Post Office Broadband. I'm having issues with lots of lost connection periods throughout the day.
We had a visit from a TalkTalk engineer to fix our phone line in September, and he advised requesting a replacement router as he said our router is a very old model. We delayed asking because it seemed to work reasonably well but now it's become very unreliable. Sometimes we have no connection for half an hour at a time or it keeps dropping in and out.
