House phone

Hello there

My house phone  suddenly stopped working this afternoon. Just got a continuous tone.  Internet connection fine. Googled the problem. Turned off router and ONC. Waited a few minutes. Turned all back on again. Phone ok now. Can anyone explain why this happened please. Thanks

Thank you for the update. Please contact us should it happen again so that we can run a test. Since it is working okay now it will not show any fault.

House phone works OK now. Just wondering why I had to reset the router and ONC for it to work again. Thanks.
