Since Tuesday 11/03/2025 when the local telephone exchange was upgraded, my landline phone has not worked - no dialling tone. Broadband is working. Thought it was my phones which are rather old! so bought a new handset but still no dialling tone/connection. Reported this (Rep-15415181) on Wednesday 12/03/2025 but still no joy.
